These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to, and use of, the website operated by Unlshd Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 479997, with its registered office at 24 Ischyron, 4151 Kato Polemidia, Cyprus, trading as NeptunePay ("Unlshd", "we", "us", "our"), at neptunepay.io and related domains we operate (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are and What This Site Is
Unlshd is a technology and merchant-introduction provider. We do not provide payment services within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 or the Cyprus Payment Services Law of 2018, we do not issue electronic money, we do not act as an acquirer or payment facilitator, and we do not hold or transmit funds. The Site is informational and is intended for businesses interested in our services or for our existing partners and merchants.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by adults representing businesses. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age and that you are accessing the Site in a business context. The Site is not directed to children.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
• use the Site to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb, or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
